In case of most of the jobs of the world, candidate has to face interview. Very sorrow to say that, many candidates is rejected after interview. There are many reasons for the rejection after interview.
Job placement officer of American North Western University, Falnk S. Andikot surveyed 193 job interviews and he found many reasons for rejection. One of those reasons is might be enough for the candidate to fall from the interview.

Reasons for rejection after interview:

1.       Lack of personality and/or freshness on the facial expression.

2.       Over expression or behave in such way that you know every things.
3.       Inability/ failure to express yourself in proper way, weak voice, wrong word choice, incorrect application of grammar.

4.       Lack of proper planning about career.
5.       Lack of eagerness and curiosity; and supine.
6.       Lack of self confidence; nervousness.
7.       Unwillingness to participate in the work.
8.       Excess financial need.
9.       Poor result through the academic life.
10.   Not willing to start from the primary level.
11.   Pretention, pretext.
12.   Lack of strategy.
13.   Lack of maturity in comparison to education and age.
14.   Lack of courteous, misbehave with the member of the interview board.
15.   Blame to previous employer and higher authority.
16.   Lack of socialization.
17.   Unwillingness to work according to daily routine.
18.   Lack of desire, energy and enthusiasm. 
19.   Failure to make eye contact. Not talking with the interviewer keeping eye to eye and keeping head down.
20.   Shaking hand indifferently and moving different parts of the body without any reason, making noise from noise and throat.

36.   Not making question about the jobs and the task you have to do under the job. Asking too many question about the jobs.
37.   Not behaving proper way with the member of viva board.
38.   Unable to take mental presser.
39.   Unable to make specific and correct answer.                                                                                                          

So, the candidates should be careful about the above fact.
